About the Position
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, ambitious, hands-on people person who is passionate about hospitality and standards.
You will be not only leading the team at the restaurant but also part of an established group of over 180 colleagues across six restaurants. It’s a bit of a cliché to suggest that 21 Hospitality is like one big family – but it really is!

The successful candidate will:

• Have great people skills and be able to act as the perfect host, demonstrating exceptional hospitality that is infectious and contagious
• Have a genuine passion for the coaching and development of the team
• Enjoy leading from the front whilst helping to grow the business and lead the team to success
• Be passionate about driving sales and controlling costs
• Have proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Be a great collaborator who understands the power of building relationships
• Demonstrate a real passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine interest in food and wine
• Have an eagerness to continually learn and grow the business

The Primary objectives of the position are

• To ensure that the levels of hospitality, quality standards, service, revenue, profitability and cleanliness are achieved to the required standard.
• To lead the restaurant team in achieving the required results.
• To develop, grow and build the business whilst enhancing the image and reputation of Café 21 Fenwick
• To supervise service and the restaurant team. To service Café21 Fenwick guests to maximise satisfaction whilst maintaining food and beverage profitability.
• To ensure that all work is carried out in line with Café21 Fenwick’s concept guidelines for sales, marketing and service.
• To identify commercial opportunities and drive this forward within the Café 21 Fenwick concept guidelines
• Maximise financial contribution in line with budget expectations
• Foster and nurture a culture that is open-minded, inclusive and forward thinking

Pay: Up to £52,000.00 per year
