Group Manager – Multi-Site Operations

£35,000 | Permanent | 40-hrs a week

The Opportunity
As a Group Manager, you will take the reins of a vibrant, multi-site portfolio across your region. This is far more than an operational management post—it is a high-visibility leadership role where you will set the benchmark for service, innovate our food offerings, and champion an empowering team culture.
Acting as the strategic bridge between clients, site teams, and executive vision, you will spearhead operational growth, cultivate long-term partnerships, and lead from the front.

What You Will Do
  • Champion Culinary & Service Excellence: Set the gold standard across every site, ensuring every meal served is fresh, vibrant, and delivered with genuine flair.
  • Inspire & Grow High-Performing Teams: Mentor, coach, and elevate site managers and their teams, creating clear pathways for progression and a thriving, positive workplace culture.
  • Own Client Relationships & Commercial Retention: Build deep, trust-based partnerships with key client stakeholders, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and seamless account retention.
  • Drive Strategic Growth & Mobilisation: Identify new commercial avenues, deliver compelling sales presentations to secure new partnerships, and seamlessly mobilise newly won contracts from day one.
  • Lead Financial Performance: Take full ownership of regional P&L accounts, labour optimisation, and operational budgets to drive sustainable profitability.
  • Uphold Flawless Compliance: Set the standard for kitchen safety, maintaining rigorous adherence to Food Safety, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations across all venues.
