KIBOU is an independent Japanese restaurant and bar with restaurants in Battersea,Cheltenham,Bristol,Solihull,Oxford and Cambridge.

We're looking for:

  • Sushi experience is essential; however,we'll provide comprehensive training and will consider candidates with limited sushi skills as long as you've spent some time in a sushi kitchen.
  • Someone keen to perfect their skills,is reliable and possesses a strong work ethic.
  • A friendly personality and ability to work in a strong and highly motivated team is essential.
