Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Reception & Service -Welcome every guest with elegance, warmth, and professionalism
  • Deliver a first impression that reflects our luxury brand and core values
  • Studio Presentation & Cleanliness
  • Maintain immaculate hygiene and organization across all studio areas
  • Oversee reception, service stations, pedicure suites, washrooms, and stockroom
  • Service Preparation & Flow
  • Prepare technician workstations ahead of appointments for seamless service delivery
  • Ensure smooth transitions and timely service throughout the day
  • Refreshments & Hospitality
  • Prepare and serve guest beverages with attention to detail and presentation
  • Follow hygiene standards
  • Guest Communication & Relations
  • Handle in-person, phone, and social media inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
  • Digital & Social Media Support
  • Assist in creating and posting visually polished, on-brand content throughout the day
