Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic team members to join our Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) teams at Old Albion Inn. Based in Crantock, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment dedicated to delivering memorable experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas.
  • Support kitchen staff with food preparation as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
