GENERAL MANAGER - BULLGOGI MANCHESTER The UK's Biggest K-BBQ Restaurant

We are not looking for someone to manage the status quo. We are looking for a true General Manager - someone who sees the biggest K-BBQ restaurant in the UK and thinks:I can make this the best in class.


This is a floor-to-ceiling leadership role. You will own the operation,develop the team,drive the culture and set the standard. You will have the autonomy to make real decisions and the support of a group that backs its people.


What you'll be doing


• Leading FOH and BOH teams to deliver an outstanding dining experience on every service

• Owning the full site P&L,food cost,labour,sales and all operational performance metrics

• Setting and maintaining brand standards for food quality,guest service and presentation

• Managing all reservations,guest relations and the overall dining experience

• Driving revenue through great service,upselling culture and strong guest loyalty

• Managing all recruitment,onboarding,training and performance across the team

• Ensuring full Food Safety,allergen and H&S compliance on every service

• Reviewing trading performance weekly and leading improvement plans


What we're looking for


• Experienced Restaurant or General Manager from a restaurant or hospitality background

• Proven P&L management and strong commercial instincts

• A natural people developer who builds great teams and creates cultures people want to be part of

• Passionate about food and genuine,warm hospitality

• Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum,Level 3 preferred

• Flexible for evenings,weekends and peak trading periods

• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
