Duties

  • Lead and motivate team members across food preparation, serving, bartending, and kitchen operations
  • Oversee food safety protocols and food production standards to maintain high-quality offerings
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to foster a cohesive team environment
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety procedures at all times
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience
  • Support bar operations including bartending and barista tasks as needed to maintain service excellence

Experience

  • Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary practices
  • Hands-on experience with food safety standards and food production processes
  • Knowledge of bar operations including bartending and barista skills preferred
  • Familiarity with restaurant service procedures such as serving guests efficiently and professionally
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and engage guests
