Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Chef to join our authentic Italian restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas, ensuring all dishes meet our established standards of flavour and presentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase culinary talents in a vibrant, customer-focused environment. The successful applicant will have a strong background in food preparation and kitchen experience, with a keen eye for detail and food safety compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Italian pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently to minimise waste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pizza station, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
  • Assist in meal preparation for other dishes as required, supporting overall kitchen operations.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect results consistently.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and a memorable dining experience.
  • Follow health and safety regulations diligently, including proper handling of equipment and ingredients.

Experience
