We are seeking a skilled and passionate Experienced Traditional Butcher to join our dynamic food production team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly preparing, cutting, and processing a variety of meats with precision and care. Responsibilities

  • Perform precise butchery tasks, including cutting, trimming, and portioning meats according to specifications
  • Prepare meat products for retail display or culinary use, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Operate various butchery tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and rotating products appropriately
  • Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and labeling of meat products
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while upholding high standards of quality and safety

Experience

  • Proven experience as a traditional butcher with strong skills in food preparation and meat cutting techniques
