Full job description

Grill cook required to join centrally located independent family run restaurant. Are you a passionate Chef that want's to make a change? Then please contact us.

Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes following the menu specifications

- Assist in food preparation and setup for service

- Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times

- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens efficiently

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food production

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a restaurant environment

- Proficient in meal preparation and culinary techniques

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Strong cooking skills with a focus on grilling techniques

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £14.50-£15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
