Job Type: Full-time, 32–40 hours per week
Pay: £13.21 per hour

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest has a great experience. You'll oversee daily operations, support and coach staff, and help maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency during your shifts.

Responsibilities
Supervise and support servers, bartenders, and other F&B staff during shifts. Ensure food and drink orders are prepared and served accurately and on time. Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints or service issues promptly. Train new team members and reinforce service standards. Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and stock checks. Enforce food hygiene, health and safety regulations. Assist with rota planning and coordinating staff cover. Step in to support service directly during busy periods.

Requirements
Previous supervisory or team leader experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or restaurant settings. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (or willingness to obtain one). Right to work in the UK.
