Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bartender/Waiter to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
  • Manage cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
  • Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
  • Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and adhere to licensing laws
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and seamless service during busy periods

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, particularly within a restaurant or bar environment, is preferred
