Care Assistant – One Location, Real Impact!
Hawkesbury Place, Fosseway, Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloustershire
Part-time ¦ 20 hours per week
£14.12 - £15.42 per hour (enhanced pay for evenings & weekends)

Hawkesbury Place comprises of 44 one and two bedroom retirement apartments exclusive to the over 70s, alongside some outstanding communal facilities, including a wonderful function room, communal lounge, restaurant and wellness suite. Hawkesbury Place is located close to Stow-on-the-wold's thriving town centre.

You will be working a mix of early shifts, and late shifts, including alternate weekends.

We are offering a £200 welcome bonus when you join us. £100 when you begin and ANOTHER £100on the successful completion of your probationary.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping
  • Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement
  • Supporting with individual care packages

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,
  • Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
  • Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults
  • Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
