We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food and understands the importance of working as part of a professional kitchen team.

About The Role…

This is a hands-on cooking role where you’ll be working as part of a supportive kitchen team to deliver great food every service.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing and cooking menu items to company specifications.
  • Delivering consistently high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Working efficiently during busy service periods.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Supporting stock rotation and minimising waste.
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
  • Helping maintain an organised, well-prepared kitchen.

About You…

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
  • Has ideally worked within a branded pub, restaurant or casual dining environment.
  • Works well under pressure without compromising standards.
  • Takes pride in consistency and attention to detail.
  • Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team.
  • Understands food safety and kitchen hygiene.
  • Is reliable, organised and willing to learn.
