Full job description

Salary: Up to £14.60 per hour (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full-time or part-time considered

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Working between Monday and Sunday on a rota basis, including a fair share of weekends. We’re committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance and are happy to discuss scheduling, though there is an expectation to cover key peak shifts.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Baker – Cakes & Desserts or someone with equivalent experience to join our established bakery team at Botanica Restaurant. In this role, you’ll focus on producing an exceptional range of homemade cakes, desserts and sweet treats, working closely with the main kitchen to ensure our dessert offering is consistently fresh, creative and beautifully presented.

If you’re passionate about baking, take pride in quality and presentation, and enjoy working as part of a friendly, fast-paced team, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll need to be available to work as part of a weekend rota, with flexibility to support key peak shifts.
