Full job description

The Lewis Partnership is looking to recruit a Front of House Supervisor to serve guests in our award winning, 4 star hotel, The Moat House, Acton Trussell.

What are we looking for?

  • Individuals who have a drive to provide excellent customer service
  • Someone who is committed, enthusiastic and self motivated
  • Previous experience waiting on, within a supervisory role
  • A great team player with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Someone who is available to work a mixture of days
  • Due to the rural location of The Moat House, having your own transport or living locally is essential

What does the role entail?

  • Preparing and serving hot drinks
  • Ensuring each guest feels welcome and appreciated
  • Taking orders and serving food to guests
  • Clearing and relaying the restaurant for lunch service and afternoon tea
  • Supervising breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea services
