Cardross Inn are looking for a Chef de Partie

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in food preparation and culinary arts to develop their skills and contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to specified recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely service during busy periods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times to ensure guest safety
  • Support the team in managing stock levels, rotating ingredients, and reducing waste
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
