Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills within a busy food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent hygiene standards, and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant settings is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid, including internships, ensuring fair remuneration for your efforts.

Duties

  • Assisting with meal preparation and food assembly in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Supporting the cooking process by preparing ingredients and maintaining kitchen stations
  • Ensuring all food safety protocols are adhered to during food handling and storage
  • Maintaining cleanliness of work surfaces, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
  • Serving dishes to customers in a courteous and efficient manner when required
  • Assisting with stock checks and replenishing supplies as needed
  • Supporting the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience

  • Previous experience in catering, restaurant work, or food preparation is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices is advantageous
  • Experience in meal preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations will be considered a strong asset
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
