Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Fryer/Server to join our dynamic team flexible through the week and weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items to high standards, ensuring excellent service to our customers. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills within a fast-paced restaurant environment, contributing to a positive dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items following established recipes and safety guidelines
  • Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
  • Assist with meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of orders
  • Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and serving areas
  • Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Restock supplies as needed and assist with general kitchen duties during service periods
  • Ensure all food is presented attractively and served promptly

Qualifications
