We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who brings warmth, energy, and genuine care to our Amorino boutiques. If you love hospitality, enjoy supporting a team, and take pride in running a beautiful, welcoming store, you’ll feel right at home with us.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly, help your team shine, and make sure every customer leaves with a smile.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations and team leadership.
  • Create a positive, encouraging environment for Gelato Artists and Team Leaders.
  • Maintain high standards in product quality, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.
  • Manage ordering, stock levels, and weekly/monthly stock takes.
  • Welcome customer feedback and ensure every guest feels valued.
  • Help drive sales, spot opportunities, and keep the store performing at its best.
  • Complete daily reconciliations accurately and follow Amorino procedures.
  • Support training and development so your team can grow and succeed.
  • Work closely with Store, Area, and Operations Managers on key priorities.
