Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Food and Beverage Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you’ll assist in delivering exceptional service by preparing and serving food and beverages, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met, and supporting the overall smooth operation of our food service environment. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will be key in providing a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages according to established standards
  • Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at all times
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, including basic cooking, garnishing, and portioning
  • Manage serving duties efficiently, including taking orders, delivering food, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining spaces, kitchen stations, and storage areas
  • Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks with excellent time management skills

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
  • Ability to perform basic math for order accuracy and cash handling
  • Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus
  • Strong guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques to promote menu items and increase sales
