Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Counter Staff to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, takes orders, and ensures a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, answering questions about food options and ingredients
  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
  • Take accurate orders at the counter, ensuring timely service and upselling additional menu items when appropriate
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, including food prep stations and display cases
  • Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
  • Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene and quality standards are met at all times
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery for a smooth flow of service

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in restaurant or food service environments is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
  • Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
