The Adam & Eve, Wragby

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bar Person to join our friendly team on a permanent basis.

The Adam & Eve is a busy, family-run country pub just 10 miles from Lincoln, with a restaurant, 7 B & B rooms and a beautiful beer garden. We serve food throughout the day and regularly host community events, celebrations, wakes and private functions, making every day varied and rewarding.

The Role

  • Serving customers in a busy bar
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area
  • Cellar duties and stock ordering desirable
  • Supporting the team during busy service periods

Evening and weekend availability is essential.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous bar experience
  • Friendly, hardworking and reliable
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
  • Cellar management and stock ordering experience would be an advantage
