Summary

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front of House, Waiter/Waitress/Barista. We have three locations across Wandsworth, Nothcote Road, Garratt Lane, and St Ann's Hill. This role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences while supporting our mission of hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers with professionalism and warmth.
  • Take food & drinks orders and serve drinks according to company standards.
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in Coffee and other beverage preparation.
  • Manage time effectively during busy service hours.
  • Provide excellent guest services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support upselling efforts to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Preform opening and closing according to our company standard and HACCP

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in hospitality or restaurant settings.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • A friendly attitude and team spirit.
  • Flexibility to adapt to busy service times.
