With weekly sales of £13,500, seven letting bedrooms and a further £3,000 per week growth opportunity, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right operator to build on strong foundations.

Key strengths include its prime Market Place location, valuable accommodation income and strong appeal to both locals and visitors.

The opportunity: The next operator can further establish The Green Dragon as Bedale's go-to destination for dining, stays and community occasions.
