Job Title: Chef de Partie

Job Knowledge & Skills:

· Demonstrate a clear understanding of the hospitality sector

· Show good practice in working hygienically and methodically around food

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

To demonstrate and help maintain high levels of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our clients. To ensure high standards of efficiency in the running of the department whilst always aiming for an increase in standards, profitability and staff development.
