Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our vibrant restaurant environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas. Duties

  • Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers, providing friendly service and assisting with their needs.
  • Utilise basic maths skills for handling transactions and upselling menu items effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards.
  • Support kitchen staff during peak hours, helping with various culinary tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
