Head Waiter / Head Waitress / Supervisor

Losh Bar & Grill, Harpenden AL5 4AA

Full Time/ Par Time Position

We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter / Head Waitress / Supervisor to join our award winning restaurant team.

This is a leadership role, ideal for someone with excellent restaurant experience who can lead by example, deliver exceptional customer service and support the management team in the day to day running of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the front of house team during service
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Supervising and supporting waiters, food runners and bar staff
  • Assisting with staff training and development
  • Managing table allocations and service flow
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Supporting management with the day to day running of the restaurant
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Opening and closing the restaurant when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years restaurant experience
  • Previous supervisory or senior waiter/waitress experience preferred
  • Fluent English required
