Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year
Shift and Schedule: Day shifts, evenings, and weekends (Flexible rota)
Expected Hours: 37.5 – 40 hours per week

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an outgoing, confident, and friendly Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic leadership role perfect for a hospitality professional with a genuine passion for the business. As the Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations across our food and drink outlets. Crucially, you will also step up to oversee the wider running of the hotel—including accommodation, functions, and general operations—in the absence of upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily food, beverage, accommodation, and function operations.
  • Assume full responsibility for the running of the hotel when senior management is off-site.
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and health and safety.
  • Adapt quickly to the needs of the business across various shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent experience working in a licensed bar or restaurant environment.
  • Current Role: Must currently be working in a similar hospitality role.
  • Leadership: Proven previous experience in a management or supervisory position within a customer service role.
  • Availability: Complete flexibility to work a varied rota including day shifts, evenings, and weekends.
  • Attributes: A true passion for hospitality, a strong team player mindset, and an outgoing, confident, and friendly personality.
