We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Assistant Restaurant Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible supporting the Restaurant manager in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is expected, along with a passion for food and beverage service.

Duties

  • Greeting guests warmly and managing reservations efficiently
  • Taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages promptly
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure a memorable experience
  • Assisting with food preparation and presentation when required
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
  • Handling payments accurately and processing transactions using POS systems
  • Supporting barista duties, including preparing coffee and other beverages if needed
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Skills

  • Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles, ideally within a restaurant setting
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
