Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh deli items such as sandwiches, salads, and cold cuts following established recipes and safety standards
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the deli counter, providing excellent service and upselling products when appropriate
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including food displays, utensils, and workstations
  • Ensure all food safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold hygiene standards
  • Manage inventory levels by restocking products as needed and assisting with stock rotation
