Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable dining experience. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to work in a dynamic environment.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Assist with seating arrangements, ensuring efficient table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with the kitchen and bar staff as necessary.
  • Provide information about menu items, including specials and dietary options, while ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
  • Support catering events by setting up and breaking down dining areas, as well as serving food and beverages when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, contributing to a positive team environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome individuals eager to learn.
  • Skills in catering or bartending are advantageous for this role.
