Full job description

We are seeking a part time Finance Assistant to join Dylan’s Head Office team in Llangefni, Anglesey. This role is vital in supporting our financial operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This is a part time role, 28 hours per week. Monday to Thursday from 9.30am - 17.00pm. There is flexibility with the hours for the right person.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage daily financial transactions and record-keeping.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and account reconciliations.
  • Support budgeting and financial reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Maintain organised financial documentation.
  • Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
  • Contribute to process improvements in financial administration.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Ideally you will be studying for your accountancy qualifications.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
