Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our vibrant Front of House Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food safety and service, and supporting the management team to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities

  • Supervise front of house staff, including serving, hosting, and barista duties, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Assist in managing reservations, guest enquiries, and seating arrangements to optimise customer experience
