Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our vibrant Front of House Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food safety and service, and supporting the management team to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or hotel settings is highly desirable, along with strong leadership qualities and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front of house staff, including serving, hosting, and barista duties, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Assist in managing reservations, guest enquiries, and seating arrangements to optimise customer experience
  • Support food preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders in collaboration with kitchen staff
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the establishment
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality service, fostering a positive team environment
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to enhance team performance
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
