Are you looking for a fun, flexible role over the festive season? We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Christmas Temporary Bar and Waiting Staff.

The Role

As a member of our Christmas hospitality team, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable festive experience. Whether serving drinks behind the bar, assisting with Christmas party nights, or delivering excellent table service, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including beers, wines, spirits, cocktails, and soft drinks.
  • Serve food promptly and professionally, ensuring all guest requirements are met.
  • Support festive events, Christmas parties, and special functions.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation within bar and restaurant areas.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to any requests or concerns.
  • Adhere to all food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, setting up event spaces, and general operational duties.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service during busy periods.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and throughout the festive season.
  • Reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
  • Applicants must be18 years or over due to the sale and service of alcohol.
