Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Supervisor to join our shop team at our fabulous store in Barmouth. If you are looking for a varied role, where no two days are the same, this could be a great role for you!!

What you will be doing:

  • Serving customers everything from coffee to treasured mementoes.
  • Replenishing stock.
  • Taking in deliveries.
  • Opening and closing the shop.
  • Keeping the shop fixtures and fittings clean.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Ordering stock.
  • Working with other members of the retail team.

What we are looking for:

  • You will be passionate about delivering great customer service.
  • Previous retail experience would be great.
  • You will be interested in our products and be willing to learn about our stock so you can provide customers with the best information.
  • Willing to work hard and multi task in a busy and fast paced popular store in the town.
  • You will be self motivated and comfortable working on your own.
  • You must be flexible to work weekends.
