Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service delivery
  • Lead and motivate team members, including servers, cooks, and baristas, to achieve performance goals
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards and consistency
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, menu updates, and special requests

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example
  • Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
  • Familiarity with culinary practices and kitchen operations, including food production standards
  • Excellent leadership abilities combined with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or bars is advantageous
  • Barista experience or knowledge of beverage service is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
