Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Mixologist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will craft innovative and cocktails, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring an enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
  • Manage stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with inventory control to ensure smooth operation.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and process payments efficiently.
  • Monitor customer behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with licensing laws.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service roles, preferably within a bar or restaurant environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage preparation.
  • Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.
  • Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
