The role

We're looking for a Romanian-speaking content creator based in England to create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, content used both organically and in paid ad testing. This isn't traditional advertising: we want natural, UGC-style content that shows people university is a realistic option even if they work full-time or delayed their studies.

You'll get a clear brief from us with the key message, angle and usage requirements for each video, but you decide the format, tone and delivery style, as long as it stays true to the message.

What the collaboration involves

• Filming short vertical clips (10-35 seconds) in talking-video, POV, lifestyle or voiceover format.
• An initial test package (1-3 videos), with the possibility of scaling to a monthly collaboration (6-10 clips/month) if results are strong.
• Minor revisions included per clip, with consolidated feedback from our team.

Requirements

• You're based in England and fluent in Romanian.
• You have experience filming and editing content for social media (a phone is enough, no need for professional equipment).
• You have a natural on-camera presence and feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Nice to have

• You're currently a student, or have studied in the UK.
• You have access to universities, campuses or other student locations where you could film.
• You already have UGC or brand collaboration examples you can share.
