Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning driveways, patios, and roofs using water-fed poles, pressure washing, soft washing, and steam cleaning techniques.
• Providing exceptional customer service to both commercial and residential clients, building strong relationships and addressing their needs effectively.
• Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance our collective performance.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license.
• Proven experience in a similar role or related field (e.g., roofing), demonstrating a strong understanding of exterior cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions, maintaining a high level of energy and focus throughout the day.
• Willingness to travel for work (with additional rates, accommodation, and meal allowance provided), demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with stamped concrete sealant application, showcasing your expertise in specialized cleaning techniques.
• Proficiency in soft washing techniques, especially for roofs, demonstrating your ability to handle delicate surfaces with care.
• Strong sales and customer acquisition skills, capable of identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into clients.
