Roof Cleaning jobs in Penistone

About USP Coatings

USP Coatings is a specialist spray coating contractor based in Bradford, working across the UK on domestic and commercial projects. We spray UPVC windows, doors and conservatories, kitchens, commercial cladding, roofs and shopfronts. We are CHAS accredited and Constructionline Gold.

The role

We are taking on an experienced full time Spray Painter to join our in house site team, working out of our Bradford base on domestic and commercial sites. You will already know how to spray. We will train you fully on our own products, equipment and methods, on the job, alongside our Site Manager, so every job is finished to the USP standard.

What you will do

• Prepare surfaces: cleaning, degreasing, sanding and masking
• Apply coatings with airless and HVLP spray equipment to USP methods and product specifications
• Carry out quality checks and take photo evidence at each stage of the job
• Keep kit, van and site clean, safe and organised
• Represent USP professionally with clients on site

What we offer

• £22.50 per hour, Monday to Friday
• Overtime and weekend work at an enhanced rate
• Full training on USP products, methods and equipment, with a Certificate of Competence on completion
• Permanent, full time position
• Company pension
• Immediate start

What we need from you

• At least 2 years' spray painting experience with airless or HVLP equipment (UPVC, cladding, kitchens, industrial or similar). This is not a painter and decorator role: brush and roller experience alone is not enough
• Live within 30 minutes of our Bradford base (for example Bradford, Leeds, Halifax, Keighley or Huddersfield) and get there reliably every morning
• Available for overtime and weekend work when required
• Reliable, punctual and takes pride in a clean finish
• Comfortable working outdoors and at height
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• CSCS card an advantage

Apply through Indeed with your CV or a short note on your spraying experience. Photos of previous work are welcome. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a short interview and a practical spray trial at our Bradford base.
