Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer and Cladder to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs and cladding systems on a variety of commercial projects. Must have experience installing insulated sandwich panels.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and replace roofing systems - Corrugated steel - Both single skin and Insulated
  • Measure and cut roofing materials accurately using hand tools and power tools to ensure proper fit and finish.
  • Fabricate custom metal flashing, trims, and other components to meet project specifications.
  • Work with schematics and technical drawings to follow precise installation procedures.
  • Lift heavy materials safely while maintaining proper posture and adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in roofing, cladding installation, or related construction work.
  • Knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, or blueprints for accurate project execution.
  • Ability to operate hand tools such as hammers, chisels, and measuring devices efficiently.
  • Proficiency with power tools including drills, and saws.
  • Experience with fabrication techniques involving metalworking or sheet metal work.
  • Basic welding skills for metal fabrication tasks.
  • Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
  • Construction experience that demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
