What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Delivering SAP implementation and integration projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders across finance, operations and IT functions
- Supporting SAP system optimisation initiatives, identifying process improvements and enhancing system performance
- Contributing to data pipeline design and data quality assurance within SAP environments
- Assisting with stakeholder collaboration, translating business requirements into technical SAP solutions
- Supporting financial analysis and process improvement workflows aligned to SAP functionality
- Participating in system configuration and testing activities to ensure successful deployments
- Documenting technical specifications using industry standards such as BPMN and UML
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
Must-have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Proven experience implementing, integrating or optimising SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC or RISE)
- SAP Certified Professional certification or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture and integration methodologies
- Experience with financial analysis, process improvement and finance reporting
- Proficiency with at least one core technical skill set: APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, .NET/ASP.NET, Java/Spring Boot, Python or SQL
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
Nice-to-have
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of data pipeline tools and technologies
- Familiarity with monitoring and infrastructure tools (F5, Terraform)
- CSDR or QMS certifications
