About us
We specialise in delivering sustainable exterior coatings, Spray foam removal & Loft Insulation to homeowners and businesses across the country using our expertise and knowledge in the industry. Whether you’re looking for solutions to combat the growing prices of energy or to make the most out of your existing system, we have the answer for you
At Think Eco Coatings we offer residential and commercial customers the chance to purchase into exterior coatings market. We want to maintain a high standard of professionalism when it comes to selling in customer’s homes. We offer a quick turn-around from sale to installation and commission is paid weekly on installed business!
The Role:
Visiting pre-arranged 'Warm’ leads, which have contacted us via various sources, build a relationship and guide them through the sales process.
You will be provided with 3/4 appointments a day with leads. You will be fully trained on the products we sell and suited to them and will be rewarded with handsome commissions on successful purchases.
We are looking for motivated, career orientated individuals who have an abundance of energy and a positive attitude to meet targets and hit personal as well as professional goals. This role is heavily commission based.
Products Installed:
· Exterior Wall & Roof Coatings
· Spray Foam Removal
· Loft Insulation
Ideal candidates will be:
Good communicators - Advanced in face to face direct sales.
Target driven - At Think Eco Coatings we all work in a targeted environment; it is essential that any new member of the team understands the importance of meeting targets.
Professional - Every team member must ensure that they conduct themselves in a professional manner, whilst always ensuring they are well presented.
A Positive Person. We pride ourselves on a positive environment to work in and need like-minded people to work alongside.
A proven track record of doing well in a sales environment.
Comfortable and confident working on a commission only based structure.
Requirements:
Full UK Driving License
Target driven
Experience in Home Improvements
