• Location: UK-wide (nationwide)
• Type: Contract · Full-time
• Day Rate: £400–550 per day (Senior level) / £250–280 per day (Mid level)
• Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Specialism: Salesforce Marketing Cloud · Campaign Automation · CRM Integration

What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

• Designing and implementing marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Optimising workflow automation to streamline client marketing operations
• Supporting journey design and campaign execution across marketing channels
• Integrating SFMC with client CRM systems and third-party platforms
• Delivering marketing reporting and analytics to track campaign performance
• Providing technical guidance and best-practice recommendations to clients
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SFMC implementations
• Supporting client onboarding and ongoing system optimisation

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

Must-have

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and campaign management
• Strong knowledge of campaign automation, workflow optimisation and journey design
• Experience in CRM integration and marketing reporting and analytics
• Solid understanding of marketing technology best practices
• Excellent client communication and delivery skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
• Authorisation to work in the United Kingdom

Nice-to-have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
• Experience with additional Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Background in marketing operations or marketing technology consulting
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance in marketing automation
