Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Saturday Accompanied Viewer to join our team! This vital role involves providing guided support and companionship to visitors during weekend viewing sessions, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor to assist visitors effectively. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment that values inclusivity, engagement, and exceptional service.

Duties

  • Welcome visitors warmly and provide clear guidance throughout their viewing experience
  • Assist visitors with registration, seating arrangements, and any special needs or requests
  • Communicate effectively with multilingual visitors to ensure understanding and comfort
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the viewing area
  • Support the team by coordinating schedules and managing visitor flow during sessions
  • Provide information about the viewing content and answer visitor questions professionally
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and report any concerns or incidents promptly

Skills

  • Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage visitor logistics
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages preferred to serve diverse audiences
  • Ability to engage positively with visitors of all backgrounds and ages
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate schedules and maintain a smooth flow of activities
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Reliable team player who can follow instructions carefully and adapt quickly to changing needs

Requirements

- You must have your own vehicle and a clean driving license.

- This is a Saturday working role so Saturday availability is essential
