About the role

Pulsiv is a fast-growing electronics technology company looking for an ambitious, proactive and highly organised individual to support the CEO and the wider laboratory, management and sales teams.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, enjoys problem-solving and can manage changing priorities with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and wider team.
  • Conduct market research and prepare reports, meeting notes and presentations.
  • Source and purchase electronic components, R&D materials and business supplies.
  • Manage orders, deliveries and logistics, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Organise domestic and international business travel.
  • Support customer relations, sales activities and CRM updates.
  • Help improve processes and respond to the changing needs of the business.

About you

Essential requirements:

  • Educated to degree level.
  • Proven relevant professional experience.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, including confidence using business software and CRM systems.
  • An interest in technology, electronics and electronic components.
  • A tenacious team player who is adaptable, motivated and happy to get stuck in.
