Job Title: Multi-Trade Joiner/Plasterer
Location: Northwest Region
Head Office: Skelmersdale
We are currently recruiting for a time served or experienced reliable multi skill joiner with plastering skills to work on a variety of Social/Private housing projects.
A high standard of workmanship is also essential along with the ability to integrate into a team and work to set timescales. Other requirements are a full driving license, able to pass a DBS check, own tools.
Work Hours:
Expected hours: 40 per week
For some contracts due to the distance we pay for travel from home to site if more than 1h travel. Example below. We rota the traveling so its not every week.
- Week 1: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (travel paid from 6:00 am)
- Week 2: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities
Wet Room Installations
- Perform high-quality wet room installations in both occupied and vacant properties, ensuring minimal defects.
Joinery & Plastering
- Complete tasks such as hanging doors, installing new door frames, arcs, building studs, plying floors, screeding floors, boxing in, dry lining, and boarding/skimming walls and ceilings.
Additional Work
- Experience in wall boarding, painting, plumbing, and tiling will be advantageous and highly valued.
Health & Safety
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence - (max 6 points preferred)
- Relevant Trade Qualifications (e.g., NVQ Lv2 and above or equivalent in Joinery/Plastering)
- Own Tools (suitable for joinery and plastering work)
- DBS Check Eligibility – DBS Checks will be conducted to ensure suitability.
- Proven Experience in wet room installations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- UKATA Asbestos Awareness Training
- CSCS Card
- Additional building skills, such as wall boarding, will be a strong advantage.
