Front of House Seasonal Team Member (18+ Only)

Trethorne Leisure Park
Part-Time Seasonal Position - Monday – Sunday - Contract until Mid-September

Trethorne Leisure Park is one of Cornwall's leading family attractions. Over the last 30 years, we've grown from a working farm into a thriving leisure destination, welcoming thousands of visitors every year.

Our park features large indoor and outdoor play areas, a ten-pin bowling alley, dodgems, an amusement arcade, restaurant and bar. We are also renowned for our popular Sunday Carvery, as well as hosting conferences, functions and special events throughout the year.

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking individuals to join our Front of House Team for the busy summer season.

Your Role

This is a varied, fast-paced and customer-focused role where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Serving drinks and light refreshments from the bar.
  • Taking food and drink orders and serving customers.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented bar area.
  • Clearing and resetting tables.
  • Replenishing bar stock.
  • Taking bowling bookings and setting up lanes.
  • Supervising the amusement arcade and operating the dodgems.
  • Assisting with weddings, conferences, functions and special events.
  • Liaising with the kitchen team to deliver excellent customer service.

The role will mainly involve weekend work, with additional shifts available during evenings, school holidays and busy periods.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
  • Delivers excellent customer service.
  • Works well as part of a team.
  • Is reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic.
  • Can remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
  • Is flexible and available to work weekdays, weekends and evenings when required.

Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Essential Requirement

This position is strictly for applicants aged 18 years or over.
