Full job description

We seek to appoint a dynamic, efficient and pro-active Executive Assistant to support the Headmistress. This role would suit someone seeking an exciting and varied position who is organised and enjoys the challenge of working in a busy environment. The successful candidate will be confident in dealing with technical information and be able to interpret and understand policy and legal compliance.

Candidates should have a warm, approachable and friendly persona with outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, high literacy, grammar and IT proficiency. The post holder must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Previous experience within an education or legal setting is preferred but not essential, however you must have a proven track record of providing a first-class service at executive level.

There is one full-time role (40 hours per week excluding lunch) Monday – Friday, 52 weeks of the year.
