This is an opportunity to join a friendly and supportive firm where support staff are genuinely valued and recognised for the important role they play in delivering excellent client service. You'll be working closely with experienced fee earners, helping to keep matters running smoothly while providing a professional and reassuring experience for clients.

The desk is busy, varied and fast-paced, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, staying one step ahead and becoming a trusted part of the team.

The role:

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to Private Client fee earners
  • Preparing correspondence, legal documents and forms
  • Managing diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements
  • Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties
  • Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with the smooth progression of Wills, Probate and Lasting Power of Attorney matters

What's on offer:

  • Competitive salary depending on experience
  • Friendly and supportive working environment
  • Busy and varied workload
  • Opportunity to work closely with experienced Private Client lawyers
  • Established and respected law firm
  • Long-term stability and career development
  • Strong team culture
  • A professional but approachable working environment
  • The chance to be a valued member of a successful department

Previous experience within a legal support role would be advantageous, particularly within Private Client, but the firm is ultimately looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working as part of a team.

If you're looking for a role where your contribution will be appreciated and where no two days are quite the same, this could be an excellent opportunity.

Apply today for a confidential conversation and find out more about the firm, the team and the role.
