Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Company Secretary/Accounts professional to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and filings in accordance with legal requirements
  • Prepare and file annual reports, financial statements, and other statutory documents timely and accurately
  • Assist in organizing board meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes, and ensure compliance with governance protocols
  • Manage company documentation including contracts, resolutions, and correspondence with regulatory authorities
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions such as ledger management, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on financial data to ensure accuracy and adherence to organizational policies
  • Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation and facilitating audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with local laws related to corporate governance and financial reporting

Experience

  • Proven experience in company secretarial duties coupled with accounting responsibilities or a similar combined role
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance standards and statutory compliance procedures
  • Experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes within financial or administrative functions
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), accounting software, and document management systems
  • Prior experience working within a regulated environment or with compliance-focused roles is highly desirable
