Head of Strategic Execution

The Third Seat at Yellow Brick Capital (UK) Ltd

We’re looking for our Third Seat.

The founders set the direction.

The Third Seat makes it happen!

We are looking for an exceptional operator, dealmaker and closer to work directly alongside the founders and take ownership of turning decisions into completed results!

This is not a traditional management role…

The team already exists; the expertise already exists. What we need is someone who can take an objective, opportunity or live deal and drive it forward until it is over the line.

Put simply:

The founders decide what needs to be achieved, you take ownership of ensuring it gets achieved.

What you’ll do.

You will work across a diverse range of investments and businesses, including real estate, hospitality, technology, and new ventures.

One day you could be progressing a property transaction, the next you could be engaging a hotel operator, speaking to investors, negotiating with a counterparty, or helping turn a new venture from an idea into reality.

You might be:

Driving live deals and transactions through to completion.

Identifying and engaging investors, operators, agents, tenants, advisers, and strategic partners.

Supporting capital raises and relentlessly progressing investor conversations.

Progressing property and leasing opportunities.

Taking stalled transactions, identifying what is blocking them and getting them moving again.

Turning founder decisions into clear actions and completed outcomes.

Bringing together the right people and resources to execute new ventures.

Chasing decisions, documentation and counterparties until matters are concluded.

You won’t necessarily personally perform every task.

But you will personally own the result!

Who we’re looking for….

We are less interested in an impressive corporate CV and more interested in your character and what you have actually made happen!

We don’t need another manager; we need the person who makes things happen when everyone else has run out of road.
